Table Sharing Starters 

Tear-and-Share Bread

Rosemary, olive and garlic, served with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.


Baked Camembert
Infused with fresh rosemary and garlic, served with warm baked focaccia.


Charcuterie Platter
Parma ham, salami, olives, mozzarella, peppers, sun-blushed tomatoes and chargrilled vegetables. Served with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic, garlic and herb focaccia, and bread sticks.


Seafood and Fish Platter

Large prawns, smoked salmon, dressed crab, hot smoked salmon pate and smoked      mackerel, marie rose and fresh lemon and dill mayonnaise. Granary bread, flatbread and crisp green salad.


Vegetarian Platter

Yorkshire Fountains Gold and Harrogate Blue cheese, roasted red peppers, aubergine and courgette. Humous, olives, chutney crisp breads and focaccia.


Vegan Platter

A vibrant medley of chargrilled aubergines, courgette, peppers and crudités with

smoky paprika humous, creamy avocado dip, olives, sun-blushed tomatoes, breadsticks and rosemary and garlic focaccia.

Chicken Putanesca
A vibrant dish inspired by the classic Italian puttanesca sauce. Tender chicken breasts or legs are smothered in a rich tomato sauce with Kalamata olives, capers, anchovies, and a hint of garlic and chilli. Served alongside couscous, basil, and seasonal roasted vegetables.


Slow-Cooked Shoulder of Lamb with Rosemary, Lemons, Garlic, and Spices
Melt-in-the-mouth texture. The lamb is gently marinated and braised with the aromatic flavours of fresh rosemary, lemon, and garlic, allowing the natural sweetness of the meat to shine through, while the herbs and citrus impart a fresh, savoury depth. Served with roasted root vegetables and a drizzle of the braising juices.


Lamb Tagine with Apricots
This North African-inspired dish features tender lamb slow-cooked in a rich, aromatic sauce of spices like cinnamon, cumin, and coriander, along with sweet apricots that add a luscious, fruity contrast. Served with fluffy couscous or rice, this dish is both fragrant and flavourful.


Twice-Baked Aubergines stuffed with Bulgar Wheat, Spiced Apples, Beans, Sumac, and Honey, topped with melting Gruyère Cheese
A hearty, plant-based dish that pairs smoky roasted aubergines with a fragrant stuffing of bulgur wheat, spiced apples, and beans. The warm, sweet flavours of honey and sumac are balanced by the rich Gruyère cheese melted on top.


Baked Peppers filled with Brown Rice, Sun-Blushed Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Roast Garlic, Tomatoes, Chickpeas, and fresh Coriander
Colourful, sweet bell peppers are stuffed with a savoury mix of nutty brown rice,

sun-blushed tomatoes, mozzarella, roast garlic and chickpeas, all seasoned with fresh coriander.


Whole Roast ‘Herb Fed’ Chicken served with Roasted Root Vegetables and Potatoes
A whole, very local succulent chicken, raised on a diet of aromatic herbs, roasted to golden perfection. The crispy skin gives way to juicy, tender meat, complemented by bowls of roasted root vegetables and potatoes.


Sirloin of Beef
Locally sourced, a perfectly aged roasted sirloin of beef, served with all the traditional accompaniments: Yorkshire pudding, crispy roast potatoes, rich gravy, and seasonal vegetables.


Beetroot and Goats Cheese Tart

A crisp pastry tart filled with sweet, earthy roasted beetroot and creamy, tangy goat's cheese and figs. Served with a seasonal slaw or vegetables.


Mushroom and Thyme Wellington
Featuring earthy Portobello mushrooms and fragrant thyme, wrapped in delicate puff pastry. The mushrooms are sautéed and complemented by a touch of garlic, cracked pepper, and herbs. Baked until golden and flaky.


Slow-Cooked Pork Shoulder
A melt-in-the-mouth, slow-roasted pork shoulder, marinated in aromatic herbs and spices. The meat becomes tender and juicy, pulling apart effortlessly. Paired with crackling, a medley of roasted vegetables, apple sauce, and rich gravy.


Salmon Side en Croûte
A whole side of fresh, flaky salmon encased in buttery, golden puff pastry. The salmon is delicately seasoned and prepared with a layer of herbed cream cheese and spinach before being wrapped in the pastry and baked until perfectly crisp.


Roasted Vegetable Lasagne
 A hearty, comforting dish layered with roasted seasonal vegetables such as aubergines, zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, courgette and tomatoes, all infused with aromatic herbs and nestled between sheets of tender pasta and rich béchamel sauce, topped with a golden, bubbling layer of melted cheese. A vegetarian classic.

A classic pavlova, topped with a compote of seasonal fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries, along with a berry compote.


Classic 1970s Black Forest Gateaux
A timeless dessert, the Black Forest Gateaux brings together layers of rich, moist chocolate sponge, luxuriously whipped cream, and a generous filling of tart cherries. Finished with a dusting of chocolate shavings and a hint of Kirsch, this indulgent cake celebrates the perfect balance of sweet, fruity, and creamy flavours.


Apple Pie with our own Vanilla Custard
A traditional apple pie, filled with tender spiced apples and baked in a golden, buttery crust. Served warm with our homemade vanilla custard or vanilla ice cream.


Cheesecake with Seasonal Fruit Topping and Chocolate Shards
A smooth and creamy vanilla cheesecake on a buttery biscuit base, topped with a mix of seasonal fruit. Finished with shards of dark chocolate for added richness and texture.


Warm Apple and Raspberry Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream
This comforting dessert features sweet, caramelised apples and tangy raspberries, baked with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. Topped with a buttery crumble with a hint of lemon and vanilla. Can be served with ice cream or vanilla custard.
